Great idea, this could be the best thing to happen to the mixtape scene in 2010!
We could get a great community going, there are so many tapes out there that have never hit the net, so this sounds good. I have a very good collection (a few hundred tapes at least from 1995-2003) that I am alsways happy to share if we find a way to do this.
One comment though- would you consider doing this on soulseek- it's very easy to set up a chatroom there and then members can browse and access each others tapes directly. I don't know how to use mirc, never used it before...and from what I have seen of it and it's NASA type commands it's not something I could figure out easily.
